These Terms apply to the MiniGolf Helper mobile application provided by Al_Fom Dev ("we", "us", or the "Service Provider"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The service

MiniGolf Helper provides offline-first mini-golf scorekeeping, local game history, and direct QR exchange between nearby devices. Users are responsible for checking scores and QR data before relying on them. We do not guarantee that every device, camera, QR code, or third-party store service will work without interruption.

The organizer controls the game information entered into the app. Do not enter another person's personal information without an appropriate reason and permission. Nicknames may be used instead of full names.

Local data and QR exchange

Games, names, teams, scores, and results are stored locally. Clearing history or uninstalling the app may permanently delete them. QR codes may reveal their contents to anyone who scans or photographs them, so users should display them only to intended game participants.

The app is not a cloud backup service. Local game data is intentionally excluded from supported system backups and device transfer.

Free use and Premium

The app allows two locally created games without Premium. A persistent counter records created games separately from visible history, so clearing history does not restore free game uses.

Premium plans, prices, taxes, billing periods, availability, and renewal conditions are displayed by Google Play before purchase. On Google Play:

• the three-day plan is prepaid and does not renew automatically;
• weekly and monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled;
• users can manage or cancel auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play;
• deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are processed by the app store and verified through RevenueCat. Refunds, payment disputes, billing failures, and store-account issues are handled under the applicable store's rules. Premium access may require an internet connection when a purchase is made, restored, or revalidated.

The current release does not offer iOS purchases. iOS purchase terms will be added before those products become available.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use MiniGolf Helper for personal or internal business use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

The app, design, branding, code, and included assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Acceptable use

You must not use the app to violate law, infringe another person's rights, distribute malicious or deceptive QR content, attempt unauthorized access to devices or services, or interfere with app-store billing.

Third-party services

The app uses services governed by separate terms:

• Google Analytics Terms;
• Firebase Crashlytics Terms;
• RevenueCat Terms;
• Google Play terms applicable to purchases and subscriptions.

Availability of Premium and diagnostics may depend on these third-party services. Their outages, policy changes, or account restrictions may temporarily affect related features.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or a feature. Updates may be required for compatibility, security, store policies, or purchase verification. We will honor non-waivable consumer rights and active paid access as required by applicable law and store agreements.

Disclaimer and liability

MiniGolf Helper is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from lost local data, incorrect scores, unavailable QR scanning, network failure, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the user's country of residence. Disputes may be brought before a competent Swedish court or another court required by mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these Terms when the app, paid products, or legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain available at this URL. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
